Once a nearly discarded fabric remnant, Maya was given a new lease on life by skilled Afghan refugee artisans. As an illusion, Maya embodies kindness and resilience.

 Through her creation, she not only brings joy but also provides a livelihood and dignity to her creators. Maya symbolises the transformative power of art, turning forgotten materials into cherished treasures.

She stands as a testament to the talent and craftsmanship of the Afghan artisans, their creativity shining brightly through Maya's vibrant presence.
